It’s Your Time to Share
Last week, I had the great opportunity of attending a 3-day convention at Word of Restoration Christian Fellowship. The theme was “It’s My Time!” You can see notes and updates on Twitter @coming2ulive (#itsmytime).
Reflecting on the theme, I thought about how so it’s time for Christians to share with each other. We have so much impact when we share. We can even share with each other online using social media. In fact, I know many people who have been blessed just because they shared a message another person posted.
Most recently, one of my friends posted a #FollowFriday message that included a Christian woman she had been following. She didn’t personally know the woman, but her online messages were consistent with the Word of God. After she shared the woman’s name with her connections, the woman noticed it and invited my friend to her radio show.
Truly, it is much more of a blessing to give than to receive. It’s your time to share.
Action Assignment
Find a great and meaningful comment or post on a friend’s page and re-post it, giving your friend credit for his/her work. This is one of the most basic ways to share online.
